Spanish-Speaking Psychiatric Care in Miami

Mental health care that speaks your language. Advance Psychiatry & Wellness offers full bilingual English and Spanish psychiatric care — in our Miami office or via secure telepsychiatry across Florida.

Care in Your Language

Talking about mental health takes precise words. When those words have to pass through an interpreter, nuance is lost — and care suffers. At Advance Psychiatry & Wellness, we provide full psychiatric care directly in Spanish, with no interpreters and no translations.

That means describing how you're feeling in your own words — and understanding exactly what's in your treatment plan, from the first visit through every follow-up.

Why It Matters

For many Spanish-speaking patients in Miami, finding mental health care in their language can be hard. Research shows that care in your native language improves trust, openness, and treatment outcomes. When you can express what you're feeling without barriers, your provider can understand you more clearly — and your plan reflects that.

Services Offered in Spanish

All of our services are fully available in Spanish:

In-Person and Telepsychiatry

We see Spanish-speaking patients in person at our Miami office and via secure telepsychiatry from anywhere in Florida. Video visits are just as effective as in-person visits for most conditions — and they let patients across the state access bilingual Spanish care.

About Your Provider

Ibis Reyes Soto, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She provides bilingual English and Spanish care to patients in Miami and across Florida — combining clinical expertise with a warm, collaborative style.
