Psychiatric Medication Management in Miami

Personalized psychiatric medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, and related conditions. We offer in-person visits in Miami and secure telepsychiatry across Florida — in English and Spanish.

What Is Psychiatric Medication Management?

Psychiatric medication management is the ongoing care of medications that affect mood, focus, sleep, and overall mental health. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation and continues with regular follow-ups to make sure your treatment is working — and to adjust it safely when needed.

Every plan is built around you: your symptoms, your medical history, your goals, and your daily routine. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all prescriptions.

Conditions We Treat

We provide medication management for a wide range of mental health concerns, including:

What to Expect

Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation lasting 45–60 minutes. We review your symptoms, medical history, prior medications, goals, and daily routine before recommending any changes. If medication is appropriate, we'll walk through your options, side effects, and what to expect.

Follow-up visits typically last 15–30 minutes. We schedule them at the right pace for you — more frequent at first, then spaced out as your plan stabilizes.

In-Person and Telepsychiatry

We see patients in person at our Miami office and via secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry anywhere in Florida. Virtual visits are just as effective as in-person visits for ongoing medication management for most conditions.

Bilingual Care: English and Spanish

All care is offered in English and Spanish, with no interpreters needed. That means you can describe how you're feeling in your own words — and understand exactly what's in your treatment plan.

About Your Provider

Ibis Reyes Soto, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She provides bilingual English and Spanish care to patients in Miami and across Florida — combining clinical expertise with a warm, collaborative style.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to start medication management?

No. You can schedule directly. Most insurance plans do not require a referral for psychiatric care.

Can I switch to your practice if I'm already on medication?

Yes. Many of our patients transfer their medication care to us. We'll review your current regimen, adjust it if needed, and continue your care.

How often will I need follow-up appointments?

It depends on your medication and how stable your plan is. Some patients are seen monthly at first, then every 1–3 months once stable.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept most major insurance plans. We also offer self-pay options.

Is medication management available in Spanish?

Yes. All visits — including evaluations and follow-ups — are available in both English and Spanish.
