No. You can schedule directly, no referral is needed to begin care. Just reach out and we'll get you started.
First Medication Appointment?
It begins with a comprehensive evaluation. We'll talk through your history, symptoms, and goals, then build an individualized plan together. There's no rush.
Can I Switch to Your Practice?
Yes. Many patients transfer their medication care to us. We'll review what you're currently taking, adjust anything that isn't working for you, and continue your care from there.
Do I Have a Say in Medication?
Absolutely. Our approach is collaborative. We'll walk through the options together, including how each may help and what to expect, and settle on a plan that feels right for you.
Management Through Telehealth?
Yes. We offer secure telepsychiatry to patients across Florida, so both evaluations and follow-ups can happen from home. In-person visits at our Kendall / The Hammocks office are always available too.
How Often Are Follow-Ups?
It varies from person to person. After your evaluation we'll set a follow-up rhythm that fits your medication and how you're responding, and adjust it as things settle.
