Do I Need a Referral?
No referral is needed. You can reach out and schedule your evaluation directly, and we'll take care of the rest.
What Actually Happens?
It's an unhurried conversation. We'll talk through your symptoms, your history, any past treatments, and what you're hoping to feel better about, then work with you on a plan that fits. You're an active part of every step.
Diagnosis After One Visit?
In many cases, yes, but not always after a single visit. Some concerns take a little follow-up before a clear diagnosis is appropriate, and we'll always be honest with you about what we do and don't yet know.
Will I Need Medication After?
You'll leave with a recommended next step, which might include medication management, lifestyle changes, or simply checking back in. Medication is only one option among several, and it's never something we push. If it is a fit, we discuss options, side effects and what to expect. You don't have to commit to anything at your first visit.
Telehealth or In Person?
Both work well. You're welcome to visit our Miami office, or meet with us by secure video from anywhere in Florida, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
Evaluation in Spanish?
Yes. Your evaluation can be done entirely in English or Spanish, whichever language you feel most at home in.
