Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We talk through your history, symptoms and how attention and focus affect your daily life, then build an individualized plan together.

In adults, ADHD often looks less like visible hyperactivity and more like trouble focusing, disorganization, procrastination or restlessness. We take the time to understand how it shows up for you.
