Emotional Support Animal & Clinical Documentation
Clinical evaluations and supporting documentation for emotional support animals and other needs — provided when clinically appropriate, based on an honest assessment of your situation. Offered in English and Spanish, in person and by telepsychiatry across Florida.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations
An emotional support animal can be an important part of managing anxiety, depression, and other conditions. We evaluate whether an ESA is clinically appropriate for you and, when the evaluation supports it, provide the corresponding documentation.
Every evaluation is a real clinical conversation about your symptoms and how an ESA fits into your care — not a formality.
Court & Immigration Documentation
We provide documentation for court and immigration matters when it's supported by a clinical evaluation. Your provider reviews your history and current situation and prepares documentation that reflects an honest clinical assessment. We do not offer forensic evaluations.
Other Clinical Documentation
We can also complete a range of general mental-health documentation and forms tied to your care — such as letters related to housing, travel, or work and school accommodations — when clinically appropriate.
An Honest Approach
Because these letters and forms carry clinical and legal weight, we provide them only when they're supported by a genuine evaluation. We can't guarantee a specific letter or outcome before we've met with you — but we'll always be clear about what we can and can't provide.
In-Person and Telepsychiatry
We see patients in person at our Miami office and via secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry anywhere in Florida, so evaluations and documentation are accessible wherever you are in the state.
Bilingual Care: English and Spanish
All care is offered in English and Spanish, with no interpreters needed. That means you can describe your situation in your own words — and understand exactly what your documentation says.
